Ideas for сходини: Thanksgiving

Note: Lots has changed since I last worked with новацтво in 2004. One thing that I’m sure hasn’t changed is the scramble to figure out what activities to do during сходини, like what казки to tell and what games to play. Here’s my attempt in helping новацькі виховники figure out what to do on a weekly basis. Contact me if you’d like to contribute.

Maybe it’s because I don’t work with новацтво anymore, but wouldn’t it be cool to craft a Thanksgiving feast with your рій? For example, make paper versions of all the stravy, and then the сходини before Thanksgiving you set them all on your table and talk about what you’re thankful for? Perhaps this is doable with older новацтво.
